  Marie says every social observation is a potential painting for her.  Be it a quiet coffee shop, intermission at a play, fancy dinner party or a couple strolling along Newbury Street.  She freezes moments into memories, and faces into recollections.  She translates these scenes into oil paintings using her own unique whimsical style.
