One of the things that my father and I agreed upon while growing up was my love of Space and Astronomy. Wheel House Designs Solar Night Sky Sock is one of the socks that helps me celebrate this binding. Santa soon got me my first Telescope. It lasted through out High School and it did a lot of work during Lunar Eclipses and when planets were doing something special like being in the same constellation. I also brought it to places where a lot of people could look through it during those times. Those were really good cold nights! We got to see M31 the Andromeda Galaxy and M42 the Orion Nebula.
This Unique Stellar Sock starts out with a Black background. Under the Cuff is a pattern of repeating Suns and Moons. They are Orange and Yellow. In the midst of the Black you will find White dots of far away stars and some up close that are White and Yellow looking to be blinking are they planets or closer stars? Next from the Oort Cloud comes Comets that have travelled long distances to move around our Sun. Will it live to continue around or fall into the Sun and be destroyed? The next row shows a Ringed Planet is it ours or some distant one from another Galaxy like the Red and Orange one swirling around? Or next comes a Red Giant Star what will it do next? Spiral Galaxies are last one like ours one smaller. You could think of other things these dashes and dots could be.
This is a Thin Style Sock with a Cozy Cotton Blend. It comes in Medium and Large Sizes and you can have Matching His and Hers if you enjoy wearing the same style together. Large can be used for Extended Sizes for Women who need a Size larger than 8.5
